- Open from URL, open images from any part of the Internets.
- Halftone filter, yes a new filter .. just for fun ..
- Rotate and flip layer now works.
- A warning on the clone stamp tool (Not everybody knows about shift)
- Full screen mode (But it sux cos Flash disables key input)

Nice! Was looking forward to the layer control (any chance we'll see an incremental rotation option any time soon..? uughh will these people never be happy?! heh)
The 'open image from URL' is a nice addition, saves a few steps and a little time.
The filter/effect is interesting - I haven't had a reason to really use it yet, just played around with it a bit :P
Full screen is pretty cool too, except for the keyboard control loss - too bad Flash does that :(
