Whats next - take 2

A couple of month ago I asked what we should do next with pixlr.com, since then a lot of the stuff you wanted has been released and some great stuff you didn't know you wanted ;) like the excellent pixlr grabber.

But once again I want to know; if it was up to you what would the next thing to be released be?

Would it be possible to drag an image into the web app from a folder on the pc? I tend to do that in photoshop and vector packages as a quick way of importing, not sure its possible in a browser.
Also some real-time reaction when adjusting settings like hue and saturation balance. Apart from that can't think of anything else I'd like, great product already.

forgot to ask for adjustements layers too :)

How about, the "Drawing tool" change to "Shape Tool", and it will produce vector shapes to keep editable capacity, and fill property with gradient or solid collor.

It will be nice.

tks.

what i want is personalized workspace. the service is great that you don't need an account, but it would be great if i can login and i have the workspace that i used last time. maybe an integration with twitter oauth?

A pixlr app for the iPhone would rock my face. Even as a paid app, it'd be awesome. I've paid for much less powerful photo apps. Thanks for all you do!

an open as a new layer option would be extremely useful. Also, offline use of the program would be great as well.

When cropping an image, if you drag the side of the crop thing to the side of the screen, the picture should scroll and the crop thing should extend like in photoshop.

Also, there should be a pen tool.

In the API :
the availibility to fix the quality and the size in pixel of the output .jpg files

I would still like to see selections with fixed size/ratio.

And please preserve the EXIF tags!

Layer masks could be very usefull, and "mask editing mode" too.

Keep up the good (excellent) work :)

Pixlr rocks! How about a liquify filter? It is probably one of the most used tools!

make it an air application, so everyone can use it on their pc's :)

I would REALLY like to see paste from OS clipboard. How handy would it be to hit [Prt Scr] open pixlr and just paste it in for all your screenshot needs (in Windows at any rate)

Absolutely superb piece of online software, i am so pleased to find something that can take the space Photoshop has left behind on my computer! I am happily editing graphics since i found your site a few days ago, thank you SO much for your hard work.

If there is one thing i am missing quite a bit at the moment, it's the Pin Light effect. However, i am wondering if i can create it using a combination of the other effects available, so i'll be experimenting.

Thanks again! :D

how about air brush?

I agree with Tex: layer masks!!!

Liquify filter would be a perfect fit! Keep up the good job! :)

Integration with Flickr and Picasa!

How about pressure sensitivity?

Seriously, without pressure sensitivity, painting/drawing with a pen-tablet is about as accurate as a preforming brain surgery with a crowbar. I know some of the hardcore mousers out there are really skilled with their crowbars, but there is a better way!

The ability to import and adjust RAW images from DSLR cameras would be really great!

A pen tool would be my vote! :)

Wuuuuhuuh. A liquify filter! As far as I know it is only available in Photoshop and no other online image editors.

what about importing PSD-files and exporting .PXD in .PSD?

what about "Save For Web"
the great photoshop feature??

What if you had background images already made? So we wouldn't have to search for any.

I really just want to be able to toggle through all open images easily (both with keyboard shortcuts and with the Window menu).

I'd also like to be able to "show/hide toolbars" with the keyboard and maximise the current open image so it fills the screen.

If these are already available.. I'm happy to be corrected.

Thank you. Just that...
