If you want to create you own pack just draw figures on a white or transparent background, select the area with one of the selection tools and the click Edit->Define brush (Ctrl+K).
If you made a wicked brush pack please send it to us!

Brush packs are great.
Small bug though, not even really a bug. The keyboard shortcut in the edit menu is currently listed as Ctrl + U, which adjusts Hue and Saturation. Ctrl + K works though.
