People lying down in a week of their own filth? Sounds like a recipe for some good photos. Photographer Gregg Segal’s ”7 Days of Garbage” series asks his subjects to bring along a week’s worth of their waste and pose for a very revealing portrait. It’s pretty easy to judge harshly when looking at these photos. Surely *I* don’t leave such a trail of detritus behind in a typical week. Right? We’re not so sure we’d like to know how revealing a portrait of our own garbage would be. It sure makes us think twice about how (and how much) we consume.
