I noticed that Pixlr Express (web) and Pixlr Editor tools are not working. Why?

Pixlr Express is built with Flash, and with Flash phased out, there’s nothing much we can do to fix the former application. We’re currently focusing our development on our non-Flash based editors, Pixlr X and Pixlr E. Check them out!
